BlaezSketch Terms of Use

01 Your Creative Property

You retain 100% ownership of everything you create in BlaezSketch — sketches, notebooks, pages, and any exported files. I claim no rights over your artwork. Your work is yours alone.

02 License to Use

The BlaezSketch application, including its design, code, branding, and brush assets provided with the app, is the property of Idriss Simao. I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your creative projects on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store terms.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of the application itself (as distinct from your own sketches created with it).

03 Purchase — No Subscription

BlaezSketch is offered as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no in-app purchase unlocks beyond the App Store purchase of the app.

• Billing: Handled entirely by Apple.
• Refunds: Must be requested through Apple Support according to Apple’s refund policies.
• Requirements: BlaezSketch is iPad-only, requires Apple Pencil for drawing, and targets iPadOS 18.4 or later. Finger input is not used for drawing strokes.

04 Local Data & Passwords

Notebooks are stored on your device. If you enable notebook password protection and choose password-only recovery, losing that password means the notebook cannot be opened — BlaezTek cannot recover it. You are responsible for remembering passwords and for maintaining your own backups of important work (for example via device backups or exports you initiate).

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use BlaezSketch only in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s App Store terms. You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, export, or share.

06 Disclaimer

BlaezSketch is provided “as is.” While I work hard to keep the app stable and your local data safe, I am not liable for any loss of data, artwork, or creative work. Device failures, OS updates, forgotten passwords, and accidental deletions can cause loss. Please export or back up important notebooks.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlaezTek and Idriss Simao are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of BlaezSketch.

08 Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://blaeztek.com/sketch/terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
